For your convenience, we have divided the FAQ into 4 categories:
General information, Massage at the HCWO center, Massage at home and Massage in business.

General information
- Monday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday - closed
- Sunday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- At the HCWO center (located in Wezembeek-Oppem)
- At home (in the area near the HCWO center or further away if possible)
- At work or at events (mostly in Brussels & its surroundings but it's possible to come further away)
You can cancel your massage 24 hours in advance without cancellation fees.
On the same day, you will be asked to pay 50% of the price of the massage, in order to avoid numerous last minute cancellations and deprive other people who also wanted to have a massage, thank you for your understanding.
Do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to change the date and/or time of your massage.
There are no rules for booking a massage session, but the sooner you book the session, the better it is to have a better chance of being able to book a massage session on the day and time you would like to have it.
- The easiest way is to send me a message on "WhatsApp" and I will respond as soon as possible.
- You can of course send me an email or a text message too.
- Feel free to call me if you would like to chat by phone. I am not often available by phone between massage sessions but I will not hesitate to call you back as soon as possible.

You have the choice between a rather relaxing, energizing, anti-stress, sports, deep tissue massage... or a complete massage with all the techniques mixed together. We will take the time to discuss it on the day of your massage session to see what you prefer and we will adapt according to your needs and the pressure required.

FAQ
Massage at the HCWO center
Yes of course, I will be happy to welcome you there during the opening hours. Do not hesitate to contact me to choose a slot that best suits you.
The HCWO center is located at 157 Chaussée de Malines in 1970 Wezembeek-Oppem (the building just down the pharmacy).
Please do not park in front of the pharmacy when you come for a massage.
Please ring on the "Lotus" bell to open the door and feel free to come and sit in the waiting room on the 1st floor.

- At the HCWO center you can choose the duration: 30min/45min/60min/90min or more...

FAQ
Massage at home
Yes, I will come to your place and you will enjoy the confort staying at home. All you have to do is book a session, and I will come to your home with all the necessary equipment.

I bring all the necessary materials, you just need to prepare 3 large towels.
In general, I come mostly in the area around the HCWO center:
- Wezembeek-Oppem (1970)
- Kraainem (1950)
- Tervuren (3080)
- Sterrebeek (1933 Zaventem)
- Woluwé-Saint-Pierre (1150)
It is of course possible for me to come to your home if you live further away, depending on your home address, do not hesitate to contact me for all the information.

- Typically a massage lasts 60 min... some prefer a longer massage of 90 min or shorter to focus on just one part of the body.
- At the HCWO center you can choose the duration: 30min/45min/60min/90min or more...
- At home: the minimum requested time is 60 min
The price of the massage is the same as at the HCWO center.
The only difference is that you have to add the travel costs for a massage at home.
There is a 15€ transportation fee if your home is less than 3km from the HCWO center (located in 1970 Wezembeek-Oppem).

Contact me to discuss your specific needs and organize suitable corporate massage sessions to your schedule.
In general, a seated massage session lasts 20 minutes.
You can easily adapt the duration of the massage (15'/20'/30') depending on the number of people to be massaged or ask for a 2nd masseur.
A seated massage is a short massage on a chair of more less 20 minutes per person with clothes on and no oil.
In general, the massage is focused on the neck, shoulders & back. You have the choice between a low pressure, medium or strong pressure.
We will take the time to discuss it on the day of your massage session to see what you prefer and we will adapt according to your needs and the pressure required.
Massage at work is mostly in Brussels & its surroundings but of course it is possible to come further away if necessary, do not hesitate to contact me to have all necessary information.
